Job description:Reliable role for someone who enjoys routine and takes pride in their work.Overview We are a growing trucking company looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Office &amp; Warehouse Coordinator. This is a hands-on role that combines light warehouse work with office responsibilities to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where every day looks a little different. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady routine, takes pride in their work, and prefers part‑time daytime hours.Duties<ul><li>Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are processed correctly</li><li>Unload trailers using a forklift (must be experienced)</li><li>Provide clerical support including filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars</li><li>Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing support as needed</li><li>Answer phones and respond to customer emails professionally</li><li>Open and input driver routes into the system each morning</li><li>Print, organize, and enter new orders into our system</li><li>Provide quotes and top‑notch customer service</li><li>Dispatch drivers for same‑day orders when needed</li><li>Jump in and handle local deliveries when needed (valid driver&rsquo;s license required)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role is preferred</li><li>Forklift experience (required)</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Experience with office management, clerical duties, or customer support</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure</li><li>Comfortable using computers and basic software (we&rsquo;ll train on our system)</li><li>A team player who can take initiative and solve problems on the fly</li><li>Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry</li><li>Must be comfortable stepping in for occasional local deliveries when needed</li></ul>Pay: $16&ndash;$18/hr based on experienceJob Type: Part-timeSchedule: Tues&ndash;Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This is a part‑time role with hours that vary by workload. Some weeks are lighter with 2 days, and busier weeks run the full 4‑day scheduleWork Location: In personPay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
