This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in building Pixora&rsquo;s online brand presence across multiple platforms and supporting client projects. You won't just be learning theory; you'll be creating real content, editing videos, and learning the valuable skills needed to thrive in a digital agency environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and grow our agency's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.</li><li>Develop and execute a content calendar, creating engaging and high-quality content (graphics, carousels, and copy).</li><li>Edit raw video footage into compelling Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.</li><li>Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities that will attract our ideal clients.</li><li>Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Assist in creating and scheduling content for client social media accounts as needed.</li><li>Track and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).</li></ul>What We're Looking For (Qualifications):<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.</li><li>Hands-on experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).</li><li>Proficiency with graphic design tools like Canva is a must; Adobe Suite is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.</li><li>Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn and take initiative.</li><li>Freshers are welcomed.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Hands-on Experience: Work on real projects and see the direct impact of your work on our agency's growth.</li><li>Portfolio Building: Create a robust portfolio of content and campaign work that will help you launch your career.</li><li>Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy the benefits of a remote work setup.</li><li>Letter of Recommendation &amp; Certificate: Upon successful completion of the internship.</li></ul>How to Apply:To apply, please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for Pixora to pixoradigitalsolutions@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 8178414891.
