The Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in building Pixora’s online brand presence across multiple platforms and supporting client projects. You won't just be learning theory; you'll be creating real content, editing videos, and learning the valuable skills needed to thrive in a digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our agency's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop and execute a content calendar, creating engaging and high-quality content (graphics, carousels, and copy).
• Edit raw video footage into compelling Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities that will attract our ideal clients.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in creating and scheduling content for client social media accounts as needed.
• Track and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency with graphic design tools like Canva is a must; Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn and take initiative.
• Freshers are welcomed.
