This is a hands-on role focused on the installation, movement, alignment, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and structural systems at customer job sites.You&rsquo;ll work alongside experienced technicians and leaders on a variety of projects involving cranes, mezzanines, machinery, racks, and other industrial systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work, enjoys solving problems in the field, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values skill and reliability.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Perform and assist with rigging, lifting, positioning, and installation of industrial machinery, cranes, racks, mezzanines, Portafab systems, and other equipment</li><li>Align, level, anchor, and assemble machinery and structural components to specification</li><li>Assist with crane installations, structural assembly, and equipment alignment in active industrial environments</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and work orders</li><li>Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and machinery</li><li>Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (as trained)</li><li>Work closely with your team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard</li><li>Maintain a safe, organized work environment in line with company and OSHA standards</li><li>Adapt to a variety of environments, including indoor facilities and outdoor job sites</li></ul>What Sets This Role Apart<ul><li>Growth opportunity &ndash; Join a growing company with long-term career potential</li><li>Team-focused environment &ndash; Work alongside skilled professionals who support each other</li><li>Hands-on experience &ndash; Build, move, install, and repair real industrial systems</li><li>Variety &ndash; Different job sites and challenges&mdash;no two days are the same</li><li>Career development &ndash; Learn new skills and grow your earning potential</li><li>Travel support &ndash; Per diem and hotel accommodations provided for qualifying overnight travel</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Millwright, industrial maintenance, machinery installation, or similar hands-on experience</li><li>Experience with rigging, alignment, equipment moving, and mechanical assembly preferred</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions</li><li>Welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing schedules and project demands</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>2+ years of millwright, industrial installation, maintenance, or related experience preferred</li><li>OSHA 10 preferred</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly</li><li>Stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Perform bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and physical installation work</li><li>Comfortable working in industrial and outdoor environments</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Travel<ul><li>Full-time (40&ndash;60 hours/week), with flexibility for early starts, extended hours, overtime, evenings, weekends, and travel based on project needs</li><li>Travel approximately 75%, primarily within Kentucky and surrounding states, including day travel and occasional overnight stays</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Overtime opportunities including time-and-a-half on weekends</li><li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Tuition reimbursement and ongoing skill development</li><li>Per diem and hotel provided for qualifying travel assignments</li></ul>Why Join Us?At S&amp;K Industrial, you&rsquo;re not just taking a job&mdash;you&rsquo;re building a career.
