Pay Range

$24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus overtime opportunities.

Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Millwright / Field Technician to join our Field Team. This is a hands-on role focused on the installation, movement, alignment, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and structural systems at customer job sites.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and leaders on a variety of projects involving cranes, mezzanines, machinery, racks, and other industrial systems. What You’ll Do

• Perform and assist with rigging, lifting, positioning, and installation of industrial machinery, cranes, racks, mezzanines, Portafab systems, and other equipment
• Align, level, anchor, and assemble machinery and structural components to specification
• Assist with crane installations, structural assembly, and equipment alignment in active industrial environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and work orders
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and machinery
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (as trained)
• Work closely with your team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment in line with company and OSHA standards
• Adapt to a variety of environments, including indoor facilities and outdoor job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Millwright, industrial maintenance, machinery installation, or similar hands-on experience
• Experience with rigging, alignment, equipment moving, and mechanical assembly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and project demands
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of millwright, industrial installation, maintenance, or related experience preferred
• OSHA 10 preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Perform bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and physical installation work
• Comfortable working in industrial and outdoor environments

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time (40–60 hours/week), with flexibility for early starts, extended hours, overtime, evenings, weekends, and travel based on project needs
• Travel approximately 75%, primarily within Kentucky and surrounding states, including day travel and occasional overnight stays
