NOTE: Strictly Candidates with Excise &amp; FSSAI Knowledge Can Apply !!Key Responsibilities:Legal Support &amp;amp; Risk Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them. Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel. Support the handling of litigation matters and represent the company in legalproceedings when required. Manage the registration, renewal, and protection of intellectual property includingtrademarks, patents, and copyrights.Compliance &amp;amp; Regulation Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national laws and industryregulations. Monitor legal and regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to internalstakeholders. Prepare and manage statutory filings and reports to relevant authorities.Liaisoning &amp;amp; Government Relations: Act as the point of contact between the company and government authorities. Handle regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals required for business operations. Build and maintain relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies. Address and resolve any legal or compliance-related matters with government agencies. Ensure all government compliances and licenses are in place and all renewals and filingsrequired are done in a timely manner. Maintain a list of all government related compliances and requirements along withdates and timelines for renewals and filings.Documentation &amp;amp; Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and update legal, compliance, and regulatory documentation. Draft official letters, applications, and reports for submission to governmentdepartments. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all legal, compliance, and liaison activities.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal drafting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bicholim, Goa (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
