This hybrid role blends creative social media management with effective IT project coordination, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in our Patna office.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:<ul><li>Plan and implement social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.</li><li>Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, posts).</li><li>Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics and generate regular performance reports.</li><li>Manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand reach and engagement.</li></ul>IT Project Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate IT project activities, timelines, and resources across teams and clients.</li><li>Facilitate communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Track project progress, update documentation, and manage status reporting.</li><li>Support requirement gathering, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Organize meetings and resolve issues to ensure on-time project delivery.</li></ul>Work Mode and Schedule<ul><li>This is a hybrid role: expect a mix of on-site presence at Patna office and remote work to provide flexibility while ensuring team collaboration.</li><li>Specific days for in-office work will be mutually agreed upon to optimize project needs and personal convenience.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).</li><li>1-3 years experience in social media management and/or IT project coordination.</li><li>Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Comfortable using social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Meta Suite) and project management software (Trello, Jira, Asana).</li><li>Basic knowledge of software/web development lifecycle.</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively across hybrid settings.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance incentives.</li><li>Hybrid working model for work-life balance.</li><li>Exposure to varied IT and marketing projects.</li><li>Growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative company.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
