Job Title: Social Media Manager & IT Project Coordinator

Location: Patna, Bihar (Hybrid - Work from Office & Remote)

Job Overview

Sushrabin Private Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hybrid Social Media Manager & IT Project Coordinator. This hybrid role blends creative social media management with effective IT project coordination, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in our Patna office.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Plan and implement social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, posts).
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate regular performance reports.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand reach and engagement.

IT Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate IT project activities, timelines, and resources across teams and clients.
  • Facilitate communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, update documentation, and manage status reporting.
  • Support requirement gathering, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.
  • Organize meetings and resolve issues to ensure on-time project delivery.

Work Mode and Schedule

  • This is a hybrid role: expect a mix of on-site presence at Patna office and remote work to provide flexibility while ensuring team collaboration.
  • Specific days for in-office work will be mutually agreed upon to optimize project needs and personal convenience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).
  • 1-3 years experience in social media management and/or IT project coordination.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Meta Suite) and project management software (Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Basic knowledge of software/web development lifecycle.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively across hybrid settings.
