Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage the purchase and procurement process for store requirements.</li><li>Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best prices, quality, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Review and verify purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals and dispatches.</li><li>Coordinate with the GRN, accounts, and warehouse teams for stock receipt and reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain vendor database, pricing history, and purchase records.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock replenishment.</li><li>Analyze purchase trends, costs, and supplier performance for efficiency improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain Management).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in retail purchasing or procurement, preferably in FMCG or supermarket operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory management and vendor coordination.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/POS systems.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
