This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our brand&rsquo;s voice and presence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Manage daily social media operations across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and monitor posts.</li><li>Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.</li><li>Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to enhance discoverability.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects that elevate visual storytelling.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI through targeted audience segmentation.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to amplify brand presence through public relations efforts.</li><li>Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a cohesive voice that reflects the company&rsquo;s identity.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure integrated messaging.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations with demonstrable success in growing engagement metrics.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns as well as other paid social media advertising platforms.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights from social listening tools and analytics dashboards to inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Familiarity with web-based e-commerce platforms is desirable for integrating product promotions into social campaigns.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to engage influencers, partners, and community members effectively.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visual content including photography or short videos.</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including branding, content creation, public relations, and web analytics is essential.
