Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital storytelling across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage daily social media operations across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and monitor posts.
  • Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to enhance discoverability.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects that elevate visual storytelling.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI through targeted audience segmentation.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to amplify brand presence through public relations efforts.
  • Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a cohesive voice that reflects the company’s identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure integrated messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations with demonstrable success in growing engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns as well as other paid social media advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from social listening tools and analytics dashboards to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Familiarity with web-based e-commerce platforms is desirable for integrating product promotions into social campaigns.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage influencers, partners, and community members effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visual content including photography or short videos.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including branding, content creation, public relations, and web analytics is essential. Pay: $47,709.41 - $57,456.50 per year
