Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on food preparation and safety. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing daily operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining a profitable business.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Manage staff training programs to enhance team performance and service quality.</li><li>Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate food preparation and catering services, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain kitchen operations.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and attract new customers.</li><li>Prepare reports on operational performance for upper management review.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.</li><li>Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.</li><li>Experience in catering services is a plus.</li><li>A background as an assistant manager or similar role is advantageous.</li></ul>This position requires a proactive leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence.
