<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.</li><li>Support onboarding and exit processes, including document collection and HRMS updates.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and timesheets accurately.</li><li>Support preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, job descriptions, and performance sheets.</li><li>Assist in maintaining HR &amp; Admin documentation on tools like Confluence and Mycorhiza.</li><li>Coordinate daily administrative tasks including office supplies, asset management, and vendor follow-ups.</li><li>Assist in facility management tasks to ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.</li><li>Help in procurement of office essentials including groceries and stationery items.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities, events, and feedback collection.</li><li>Prepare HR &amp; Admin reports (weekly/monthly) and support management with required data.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,472.08 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
