  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes, including document collection and HRMS updates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and timesheets accurately.
  • Support preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, job descriptions, and performance sheets.
  • Assist in maintaining HR & Admin documentation on tools like Confluence and Mycorhiza.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks including office supplies, asset management, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Assist in facility management tasks to ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Help in procurement of office essentials including groceries and stationery items.
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and feedback collection.
  • Prepare HR & Admin reports (weekly/monthly) and support management with required data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,472.08 - ₹10,000.00 per month
