Reception & Communication <ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner. </li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries. </li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).</li></ul> Visitor & Access Management <ul><li>Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes. </li><li>Coordinate with security for entry of clients, vendors, and delivery personnel. </li></ul>Administrative Support <ul><li>Manage front desk operations and ensure a tidy reception area. </li><li>Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. </li><li>Support HR and Admin teams with filing, document control, and staff records. </li></ul>Document & Record Handling <ul><li>Receive and distribute incoming documents (delivery notes, invoices, material submittals).</li><li>Maintain filing systems for office correspondence and company records. </li></ul>Coordination <ul><li>Communicate with project, production, and commercial departments when visitors or deliveries arrive. </li><li>Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and ERP/office system updates as required. </li></ul>Office Management <ul><li>Monitor office supplies (stationery, pantry, consumables) and coordinate replenishment.</li></ul>Customer & Employee Support <ul><li> Provide basic information about company services and direct inquiries to the concerned department. </li><li>Assist employees with administrative requests related to forms, letters, and internal communications.</li></ul>
