The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality talent. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy for driven professionals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and role specifications.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and updates.</li><li>Use various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.</li><li>Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to clients.</li><li>Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>Must-Have Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or staffing.</li><li>Strong client handling and relationship management skills.</li><li>Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Prior experience with RPO, agency recruitment, or client-facing HR consulting.</li><li>Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment analytics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Fully remote, work-from-home opportunity.</li><li>Exposure to diverse industries and clients.</li><li>A collaborative, growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling HR solutions company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
