We are looking for Vermont residents to participate in one of two jury trial focus groups.These focus group is about a real case that will be going to trial. Interested participants must be willing to listen to the facts of the case, discuss with fellow &ldquo;jurors&rdquo;, and give us honest feedback. You may be asked to deliberate and reach a verdict.The two dates for these focus groups are: Friday - December 5, 2025 - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; andTuesday - December 9, 2025 - 10:00am to 4:00pmThe meetings will take place in White River Junction, Vermont.Breakfast, Lunch, and a half hour break will be provided.Participants will be paid $25/hr by PayPal or paper check.Specific location will be provided upon approval of your application and confirmation of your willingness to participate.To be eligible, you must be:<ul><li>18 years old or older, live in Vermont</li><li>Have a valid VT driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Be willing to share your thoughts and feelings about the material presented.</li></ul>Because this is a real case, participants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
