Jury Trial Focus Group

We are looking for Vermont residents to participate in one of two jury trial focus groups.

These focus group is about a real case that will be going to trial. Interested participants must be willing to listen to the facts of the case, discuss with fellow “jurors”, and give us honest feedback. You may be asked to deliberate and reach a verdict.

The two dates for these focus groups are:

Friday - December 5, 2025 - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; and

Tuesday - December 9, 2025 - 10:00am to 4:00pm

The meetings will take place in White River Junction, Vermont.

Breakfast, Lunch, and a half hour break will be provided.

Participants will be paid $25/hr by PayPal or paper check.

Specific location will be provided upon approval of your application and confirmation of your willingness to participate.To be eligible, you must be:

• 18 years old or older, live in Vermont
• Have a valid VT driver’s license
• Be willing to share your thoughts and feelings about the material presented.

Because this is a real case, participants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Your personal information will also be kept confidential. The application period will run from Wednesday, November 19 through Friday, November 28. Participants who have been selected will be notified on Monday, December 2 and asked to confirm their attendance at that time.
