</h1><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Who We Need</h1>
Sabel Systems is seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Manager / Scrum Master to support Agile product delivery and portfolio alignment within Sabel Digital Labs (SDL)&mdash;Sabel&rsquo;s digital innovation and product development organization.
This hybrid role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with product‑level portfolio coordination. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain roadmap and backlog alignment, support PI Planning, and ensure dependencies across SDL product teams are identified and managed.
You must be comfortable working across multiple product development teams and business units, supporting both the operational rhythm and strategic alignment required for SDL to deliver value. Additional training on Sabel&rsquo;s Atlassian standards and processes will be available.
Travel of up to 10% may be required for internal or customer product demonstrations.
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h1><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
SDL Portfolio &amp; Product Alignment</h3><ul><li>
Ensure portfolio visibility across SDL product teams, including roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and cross‑team deliverables.</li><li>
Partner with Product Owners to refine Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, and Sprint/PI Objectives.</li><li>
Support PI Planning activities and learn to co‑facilitate enterprise‑level coordination efforts.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Scrum Master Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).</li><li>
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to address cross‑team impediments and alignment issues.</li><li>
Promote an Agile mindset, continuous improvement, and strong team health across SDL.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Collaboration &amp; Delivery Support</h3><ul><li>
Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, planning conversations, and value‑stream alignment discussions.</li><li>
Create or assist in producing presentations, templates, how‑to guides, and Agile documentation.</li><li>
Conduct remote or occasional in‑person product demonstrations.</li><li>
Communicate professionally via MS Teams, chat, and email to gather requirements, clarify concerns, and share updates.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Operational Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow‑up sessions and cross‑team discussions.</li><li>
Maintain consistent attendance and engagement in daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other SDL ceremonies.</li><li>
Manage your individual work tasks and documentation.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Reporting Structure</h1>
You will report to the Manager of Platform Products and Operations and collaborate across SDL product development teams as well as with partners in Sabel&rsquo;s business units. In this role, you will help drive iterative, value‑focused delivery by ensuring alignment, communication, and execution across SDL&rsquo;s broader product ecosystem.

<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Salary and Benefits</h1>
The range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually. Actual salary will be negotiated with this position&rsquo;s Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category, experience, skills, education /certifications/ licenses &amp; geographic location.

Position Summary
Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Summer Operations IT Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations and enterprise systems in a government contracting (GovCon) environment. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
This is a paid, full-time (40 hours/week),10-week summer internship, with participation available between May 18, 2026, and September 11, 2026, following a hybrid schedule (1&ndash;3 days onsite) in Beavercreek, OH.

Work You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Research and coordinate with vendors to establish a hardware recycling program for end-of-life (EOL) equipment, including identifying companies that can securely pick up and process retired assets</li><li>
Assist the engineering and architecture teams by supporting internal support desk tickets and troubleshooting requests</li><li>
Support the review, cleanup, and organization of device management policies within Microsoft Intune</li><li>
Assist with the setup and configuration of the ServiceNow service desk platform</li><li>
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles</li><li>
Support security hardening initiatives and complete related tasks as assigned by the IT and security teams</li><li>
Cleanup of non-compliant devices within Microsoft Intune</li><li>
Support ongoing efforts to improve our Microsoft Secure Score by identifying security recommendations, implementing best‑practice configurations, and helping strengthen our overall Microsoft 365 security posture.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, entering your junior or senior year</li><li>
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher</li><li>
Foundational knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset</li><li>
Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>

Compensation
This is a paid, temporary, Summer Internship compensated at $25.00&ndash;$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and current level of education.
