<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Who We Need</h1>
Sabel Systems is seeking a remote Modeling &amp; Simulation (M&amp;S) Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is an expert with MBSE tools, such as Cameo and STK. The M&amp;S SME will assist with building United States Space Force (USSF) data models, provide assessments, and recommending modifications to those data models that enable SysML and/or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) outputs for systems engineering analysis. The M&amp;S will be working remotely on a cross-functional Sabel Team comprised of Project Lead, Digital Engineering Consultants, Full Stack Developers, and Front-End Developers. Additionally, M&amp;S SME will coordinate for assistance, as required, with vendors associated with respective software tools. The MBSE must be able to work independently as well as brainstorm innovative solutions with teammates via MS Teams calls, chat and email. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to learn and continuously improve and grow as a team. Company-paid travel to participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and to provide product demonstrations may be required on occasion &ndash; estimated 10% - 20% travel per year.
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h1><ul><li>
Assess the existing customer&rsquo;s data models, determining necessary modifications for implementing a SysML and/or UAF model in compliance with industry standards for system engineering analysis</li><li>
Develop a prototype of the software pipeline to support data model&rsquo;s SysML and/or UAF output, as needed</li><li>
Utilizing Cameo, propose and develop behavioral and/or structural diagrams to support Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) workflows, mission threads and program data in accordance with SysML and/or UAF standards</li><li>
Lead QA and refinement of SysML and/or UAF outputs to ensure models are fit for purpose and compliant with data model or other identified SysML or UAF style guides</li><li>
Provide remote and/or in-person product demonstrations, as required</li><li>
Collaborate directly with internal teammates or customer over MS Teams calls, chat or email to understand their modeling requirements</li><li>
Coordinate appropriate meeting times with teammates and/or customer, send a MS Teams invite, and join calls on-time, scheduling and attending follow-up meetings, as needed</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors associated with respective software tools, as required</li><li>
Maintain professional communications and appearance with customers and team members, responding to emails and participating in MS Teams calls appropriately</li><li>
Deliver a Monthly Status Report (MSR) detailing technical milestones, accomplishments, challenges, and risks</li><li>
On-call and/or evening or weekend hours may be required, as needed, for emergent issues</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Qualifications</h1><ul><li>
U.S Citizen with an active DoW Secret clearance</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems, or equivalent)</li><li>
10 years of M&amp;S experience with modeling tools, specifically Cameo Enterprise Architecture and STK</li><li>
Proficient using Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>
Outstanding spoken and written English skills</li><li>
Strong communication skills</li><li>
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Summer Operations IT Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations and enterprise systems in a government contracting (GovCon) environment. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
This is a paid, full-time (40 hours/week),10-week summer internship, with participation available between May 18, 2026, and September 11, 2026, following a hybrid schedule (1&ndash;3 days onsite) in Beavercreek, OH.

Work You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Research and coordinate with vendors to establish a hardware recycling program for end-of-life (EOL) equipment, including identifying companies that can securely pick up and process retired assets</li><li>
Assist the engineering and architecture teams by supporting internal support desk tickets and troubleshooting requests</li><li>
Support the review, cleanup, and organization of device management policies within Microsoft Intune</li><li>
Assist with the setup and configuration of the ServiceNow service desk platform</li><li>
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles</li><li>
Support security hardening initiatives and complete related tasks as assigned by the IT and security teams</li><li>
Cleanup of non-compliant devices within Microsoft Intune</li><li>
Support ongoing efforts to improve our Microsoft Secure Score by identifying security recommendations, implementing best‑practice configurations, and helping strengthen our overall Microsoft 365 security posture.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, entering your junior or senior year</li><li>
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher</li><li>
Foundational knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset</li><li>

Compensation
This is a paid, temporary, Summer Internship compensated at $25.00&ndash;$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and current level of education.
