Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in masonry, carpentry, and heavy equipment operation within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and setting up scaffolding or formwork for plastering and masonry work</li><li>Apply plaster, stucco, and other finishing materials with precision using hand tools and power tools</li><li>Install rebar, metal studs, and framing components necessary for structural support and wall construction</li><li>Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and measurements</li><li>Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and pouring to ensure durable and smooth surfaces</li><li>Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting materials or preparing site foundations</li><li>Support renovation projects by performing caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, and metal stud framing as needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and stucco application techniques</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading to interpret project plans accurately</li><li>Experience with rebar installation, masonry work, roofing prep, and restoration processes</li><li>Skilled in the use of hand tools (trowels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) for various tasks</li><li>Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in a construction site setting</li><li>Familiarity with schematics for layout and schematic reading for precise execution</li><li>Knowledge of welding, tile laying, framing carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing prep and metalwork is highly desirable</li></ul>Join us to build exceptional structures while honing your craft in a collaborative environment that values safety, quality, and professional growth.
