We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HR experience in a multi-division environment and have a proven ability to support diverse teams and business units. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to make a meaningful impact on our people and processes.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure HR policies, processes, and best practices are consistent across all divisions.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.</div></li><li><div>
Manage payroll and benefits administration using ADP Workforce Now.</div></li><li><div>
Expertise in Compensation &amp; Benefits Strategy &mdash; from design to optimization.</div></li><li><p>
Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and workplace culture.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><div>
5+ years of professional HR experience in a multi-division company.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.</div></li><li><p>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Bonus Points:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Experience using Asana and/or BambooHR.</div></li><li><div>
Background in recruiting software developers and other technical talent.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with HR compliance across multiple states or countries.</div></li><li><p>
Skills in employer branding &amp; recruitment marketing to attract top talent.</p></li></ul><p><b>

Working Hours &amp; Compensation/Benefits:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm</p></li><li><div>
Competitive starting salary of $70,000 with semi-annual reviews and bonuses.</div></li><li><div>
