We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HR experience in a multi-division environment and have a proven ability to support diverse teams and business units. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to make a meaningful impact on our people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and best practices are consistent across all divisions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using ADP Workforce Now.
• Expertise in Compensation & Benefits Strategy — from design to optimization.

• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and workplace culture.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional HR experience in a multi-division company.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience using Asana and/or BambooHR.
• Background in recruiting software developers and other technical talent.
• Experience with HR compliance across multiple states or countries.

• Skills in employer branding & recruitment marketing to attract top talent.

Working Hours & Compensation/Benefits:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Competitive starting salary of $70,000 with semi-annual reviews and bonuses.
