Job description:We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Social Media Assistant to join our team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on skills and gain real-world experience in social media management. You will work alongside our social media team to help execute strategies, create engaging content, and support our online community.This role is perfect for a quick learner who is proactive and excited to dive into the dynamic world of social media. We need someone who can start as soon as possible&mdash;even tomorrow!Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Assisting with scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).</li><li>Helping to create engaging graphics, short videos, and other visual content using basic design tools (e.g., Canva).</li><li>Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engaging with our community in a timely manner.</li><li>Conducting research on social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of simple reports on post performance and engagement metrics.</li><li>Supporting the team with content ideation and brainstorming for campaigns.</li><li>Organizing and managing digital assets (photos, videos, graphics).</li></ul>Must-Possess Qualities:<ul><li>Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn and take direction.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Reliable and able to meet deadlines.</li><li>While not required, experience with basic content creation tools like Canva is a plus.</li></ul>About Us:We are a prominent digital marketing company with offices in Westlake Village, CA.<ul><li>5-Star rating on glassdoor.com</li><li>Inc5000 Honoree &ndash; 2017</li><li>&quot;One of the best entrepreneurial companies in America&quot; - entrepreneur.com</li><li>5-Star rated on all review platforms (TrustPilot, Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.)</li></ul>We have very happy clients and happier employees.
