Job DescriptionWe are a unique ABA therapy center offering our clients and their families the highest standards of care in a fun and safe environment. We are looking for a creative BCBA who has excellent collaboration and communication skills to join our cohesive and friendly team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide personalized treatment to clients which focuses on socially significant behaviors in an ethical, caring, and respectful manner.</li><li>Create and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals with an emphasis on improving the learner&rsquo;s quality of life and success in their future.</li><li>Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, etc.) and Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses.</li><li>Conduct intake procedures and onboarding for new clients.</li><li>Provide intensive training to RBTs that helps improve the quality of services rendered and makes them feel confident and supported.</li><li>Collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, and other professionals monthly to ensure progress is being observed across multiple environments and people.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active and valid Board certification in Behavior Analysis</li><li>Valid CA Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Proficiency with the clinical aspects of Central Reach</li><li>Basic Life Support (CPR) certificate is preferred</li><li>Ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your BCBA number?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>and active BCBA Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Sacramento, CA 95825 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
