Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized treatment to clients which focuses on socially significant behaviors in an ethical, caring, and respectful manner.
• Create and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals with an emphasis on improving the learner’s quality of life and success in their future.
• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, etc.) and Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses.
• Conduct intake procedures and onboarding for new clients.
• Provide intensive training to RBTs that helps improve the quality of services rendered and makes them feel confident and supported.
• Collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, and other professionals monthly to ensure progress is being observed across multiple environments and people.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Board certification in Behavior Analysis
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Proficiency with the clinical aspects of Central Reach
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certificate is preferred
• Ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
