We are hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join SafeKick.The right person in this role will become a critical member of the team, providing advanced support to get the important stuff done, all of which is varied, high-priority, and generally confidential in nature. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing work environment, learn, and develop with a great company.If you believe you are the right person for this position, please submit your resume and cover letter.Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Cover reception, attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face-to-face.</li><li>Provide general and clerical support as requested.</li><li>Tidy and maintain the breakroom and reception area.</li><li>Order office and corporate house supplies.</li><li>Assist SafeKick Staff with planning meetings, conferences, training, and other company events as requested.</li><li>Sort and distribute mail; scan and send received mail.</li><li>Receive checks and follow the procedure for check deposit.</li><li>Inspect janitorial and landscaper services&rsquo; work.</li><li>Assist with suppliers&rsquo; qualification.</li><li>Assist SafeKick Staff in travel arrangements.</li><li>Receive and schedule authorized shipments.</li><li>Assist the Admin Team and the Accounts Manager as needed.</li><li>Deal with staff&rsquo;s certificates/documents, including filing and updating required spreadsheets/databases.</li><li>Approve invoices and code corporate credit card statements.</li><li>Review expense reports.</li><li>Create training certificates as needed for client training.</li><li>Handle sensitive, confidential, and proprietary matters on a routine basis with discretion.</li></ul>Skills Required:&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.&middot; Bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) skills a plus&middot; Strong written and verbal communication skills&middot; Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people&middot; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment&middot; Ability to take the initiative and drive for results&middot; Ability to effectively solve problems and make appropriate decisions&middot; Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriatePreferred Qualifications:&middot; High School Diploma/GED;&middot; Knowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresSALARY: $17 - $19 hourly based on qualifications.
