The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Concrete Ltd is responsible for overseeing the company&rsquo;s day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the organization toward its strategic and financial objectives. The COO acts as the primary executive in charge of implementing the company&rsquo;s business strategies, operational systems, and performance goals, with full authority delegated by the CEO.Duties:1. Strategic &amp; Operational Leadership<ul><li>Oversee all operational functions of the company including production, logistics, sales, procurement, HR, administration, and finance.</li><li>Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company&rsquo;s goals and objectives are achieved.</li><li>Translate the CEO&rsquo;s vision and strategic direction into actionable operational plans.</li><li>Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.</li></ul>2. Business Management &amp; Execution<ul><li>Supervise plant operations, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective production.</li><li>Monitor financial performance and ensure proper utilization of resources.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.</li></ul>3. Leadership &amp; People Management<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to achieve high performance and accountability.</li><li>Foster a results-oriented and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Ensure effective communication between departments and with senior management.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Report directly to the CEO regarding overall operational performance and key business indicators.</li><li>Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management review.</li><li>Work closely with the CEO on critical business decisions and policy matters.</li></ul>5. Authority &amp; Decision-Making<ul><li>Authorized to manage and make decisions on all operational matters, as delegated by the CEO.</li><li>Final approvals, contractual signings, and external commitments are executed under the CEO&rsquo;s instructions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs800,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
