Cheif Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Concrete Ltd is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the organization toward its strategic and financial objectives. The COO acts as the primary executive in charge of implementing the company’s business strategies, operational systems, and performance goals, with full authority delegated by the CEO.

Duties:

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Oversee all operational functions of the company including production, logistics, sales, procurement, HR, administration, and finance.
• Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are achieved.
• Translate the CEO’s vision and strategic direction into actionable operational plans.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.

2. Business Management & Execution

• Supervise plant operations, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.

3. Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to achieve high performance and accountability.
• Foster a results-oriented and collaborative work culture.
• Ensure effective communication between departments and with senior management.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Report directly to the CEO regarding overall operational performance and key business indicators.
• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management review.
• Work closely with the CEO on critical business decisions and policy matters.

5. Authority & Decision-Making

• Authorized to manage and make decisions on all operational matters, as delegated by the CEO.
• Final approvals, contractual signings, and external commitments are executed under the CEO’s instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs800,000.00 per month
