Role SummaryWe are seeking an Account Executive to support client relationships and drive business growth, working closely with sales, product, and operations teams. The role focuses on managing accounts end-to-end, from client engagement to project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate has a civil or mechanical engineering background, enabling effective communication with technical stakeholders while translating client requirements into practical solutions. This role plays a key part in strengthening client partnerships and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and retention</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery</li><li>Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with business offerings</li><li>Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations</li><li>Support sales efforts, including proposals, presentations, and contract discussions</li><li>Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles</li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client solutions</li><li>Good organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li></ul>Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
