Account Executive (for Jordan branch)

Role Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to support client relationships and drive business growth, working closely with sales, product, and operations teams. The role focuses on managing accounts end-to-end, from client engagement to project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a civil or mechanical engineering background, enabling effective communication with technical stakeholders while translating client requirements into practical solutions. This role plays a key part in strengthening client partnerships and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and retention
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with business offerings
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Support sales efforts, including proposals, presentations, and contract discussions
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client solutions
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
