Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Research and understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable products or services.
• Deliver clear and concise presentations highlighting product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive and professional company image during every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role (telesales experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits.
• A target-oriented and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
