Sales Agent

Job Title: Sales Agent, Abu Dhabi

We are hiring a motivated and passionate Sales Agent to join our real estate team.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or real estate and must be willing to learn, grow, and work in a target-driven environment.

If you have more than 1 year of experience, your application will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and follow up with potential leads
-Contact clients and understand their property requirements
-Present suitable property options to clients
-Arrange and conduct property viewings
-Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
-Update leads, client details, and follow-ups in the CRM system
-Support clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
-Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements:
-6 months to 1 year of sales or real estate experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Confident, motivated, and target-oriented personality
-Good client handling and follow-up skills
-Basic computer and CRM knowledge
-Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry

Languages:
Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, English, or German will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Fixed salary plus commission
