Job Overview

Open Home Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and online inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and present property details clearly and professionally
• Negotiate with clients and support them through the sales process
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on available properties and market trends

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Freshers with strong sales ability and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
