As a Trainee, you will:</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the European region.</li></ul><ul><li>
Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.</li><li>
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.</li><li>
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.</li><li>
Coordinate and manage interview logistics.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring to the Table:</b></h3><ul><li>
Strong interest in human resources and recruitment.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>
