1. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:</b></h3><ul><li>
Act as a hands-on developer, building advanced machine learning and AI-driven models within complex data ecosystems.</li><li>
Develop descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive models with strong technical rigor to address critical business challenges.</li><li>
Apply advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, and data analytics techniques to deliver actionable insights.</li><li>
Work across end-to-end data engineering workflows to support model development, data preparation, and scalable pipelines.</li><li>
Enhance experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, synthetic control methodologies, and incrementality testing, to accurately measure business outcomes.</li><li>
Partner closely with data engineers and machine learning engineers to scale, automate, and deploy models into production environments.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
2. What You Bring to the Table:</b></h3><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, or related fields.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc.).</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (preferred).</li><li>
Proven expertise in predictive modeling, causal inference, and model optimization.</li><li>
Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, evaluation metrics, and performance measurement techniques.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).</li><li>
Experience working with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causality-driven measurement.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop, validate, and deploy scalable models in production environments.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
3. You should possess the ability to:</b></h3><ul><li>
Clearly articulate complex statistical and machine learning concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
