We are looking for a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Abaya Fashion Brand team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle customers with elegance and professionalism, ensuring a premium shopping experience that reflects our brand identity.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries related to abayas, sizing, fabrics, customization, orders, and deliveries.</li><li>Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and phone in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, and promotions.</li><li>Follow up on orders from confirmation until delivery and after-sales service.</li><li>Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and politely.</li><li>Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand image.</li><li>Update customer data, orders, and notes accurately on the system.</li><li>Coordinate with tailoring, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD200.000 per month
