We are looking for a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Abaya Fashion Brand team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle customers with elegance and professionalism, ensuring a premium shopping experience that reflects our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to abayas, sizing, fabrics, customization, orders, and deliveries.
  • Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, and promotions.
  • Follow up on orders from confirmation until delivery and after-sales service.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and politely.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand image.
  • Update customer data, orders, and notes accurately on the system.
  • Coordinate with tailoring, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD200.000 per month
