Qualifications

• English-Language Support: Customer service is available in English for calls, messages, and app interactions.
• candidates must be Arabs and have kuwaiti dialect.

Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service

• Proficiency in Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Customer Experience initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
