Job Title: HSE / Safety Officer (Oil &amp; Gas Field) Location: Sultanate of Oman , SUHAR Salary Range: OMR 450 &ndash; 800 (Based on experience and qualifications)Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE / Safety Officer to join our team for ongoing project in OQ in Suhar, Oman. The ideal candidate must be ready to mobilize immediately and have hands-on field experience ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in high-risk industrial environments.Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>At least 1 year of proven experience as an HSE / Safety Officer in the Oil &amp; Gas field</li><li>Strong knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) systems</li><li>Experience in risk assessment, JSA, and toolbox talks</li><li>Familiar with site safety inspections and incident reporting</li><li>Preferably with previous experience working in OQ projects</li></ul>Mandatory Certifications:<ul><li>NEBOSH (IGC or equivalent)</li><li>IOSH (preferred)</li><li>First Aid Certification</li><li>Firefighting Training</li><li>Any other relevant Oil &amp; Gas safety certifications</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client safety requirements</li><li>Prepare and manage PTW documentation</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and hazard identification</li><li>Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings</li><li>Maintain safety records and reports</li><li>Coordinate with client HSE representatives</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in field conditions</li><li>Good documentation and reporting skills</li><li>Immediate availability preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may submit their CV along with copies of certifications.If you would like, I can also format this as:<ul><li>A professional LinkedIn job post</li><li>A short WhatsApp hiring post</li><li>A formal advertisement version for newspaper publication</li><li>A company-branded vacancy announcement format</li></ul>Pay: RO450.000 - RO800.000 per monthWork Location: In person
