As we scale across multiple jurisdictions and expand our product offering, we&rsquo;re hiring a Legal Director to own the execution layer across structures, deals, partnerships, and compliance.
You&rsquo;ll be responsible for the legal backbone of our operations &mdash; from fund vehicles to campaign terms, from local licensing to investor documentation. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work at the frontier of finance, sports, and technology..
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Deal Execution: Own the end-to-end legal execution of investment deals, including due diligence, structuring SPVs, reviewing term sheets, and coordinating with external counsel;</li><li>
Fund &amp; Product Structuring: Work closely with the investment and operations team to design investor-friendly yet compliant product wrappers across multiple region;</li><li>
Documentation &amp; Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements &mdash; including investor docs, issuer contracts, platform Ts&amp;Cs, and partnership frameworks;</li><li>
Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance: Oversee legal alignment across UAE, KSA, EU, UK and US frameworks;</li><li>
Regulatory Affairs: Act as liaison with regulatory bodies (e.g., DFSA, CMA) on licensing, reporting, and compliance topics</li><li>
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks related to platform activity, marketing, disclosures, and financial promotions</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h3><ul><li>
7+ years of legal experience in corporate law, private equity, venture capital, technology;</li><li>
Preference for previous experience with a regulated fintech;</li><li>
Strong understanding of cross-border legal frameworks and regulatory nuance;</li><li>
Sharp, commercial thinker with a builder&rsquo;s mindset;</li><li>
Highly entrepreneurial and able to think outside the box as this is not a corporate job;</li><li>
Tech savvy with a strong knack for product;</li><li>
Deep curiosity and passion for sports and entertainment is a must.</li></ul>

As Investment Director, you&rsquo;ll lead the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities across established and emerging clubs, leagues, tournaments and much more.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Deal Origination &amp; Sourcing: Identify high-potential deals across sports and culture through direct relationships, accelerators, advisors, and industry events;</li><li>
Due Diligence &amp; Evaluation: Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative assessments including financial modeling, market analysis, technical review, and founder evaluation;</li><li>
Transaction Execution &amp; Structuring: Lead negotiations, term sheet development, legal coordination, and successful deal closure;</li><li>
Portfolio Management: Support asset and team growth post-investment, helping structure governance, track performance, and potentially act as a board advisor or interim exec;</li><li>
Strategic Planning: Contribute to broader investment strategy and allocation frameworks, helping shape a new asset class;</li><li>
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with founders, co-investors, fund managers, and internal stakeholders. Present to investment committees and Stryde&rsquo;s investor base</li><li>
Exit Strategy &amp; Value Realization: Develop and execute exits or liquidity solutions that maximize investor returns.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
7+ years in private equity, venture capital, consulting, corporate development, or investment banking, with a strong track record of closing deals and managing portfolios;</li><li>
Strategic thinker with high commercial acumen;</li><li>
Strong analytical and modelling skills;</li><li>

Strategic Partnerships: Develop public-private alliances and work closely with sovereign stakeholders, federations, and investors;</li><li>
Regulatory &amp; Localisation: Navigate legal and regulatory frameworks to ensure full alignment with KSA&rsquo;s evolving financial and sports investment landscape;</li><li>
Team &amp; Operations: Build and manage a local Stryde office and team, acting as the face of the business in KSA;</li><li>
Thought Leadership: Represent Stryde at key forums and summits, helping shape the future of alternative investments in the Kingdom.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
7+ years in investment, strategy, business development, or government affairs in Saudi Arabia;</li><li>
Strong existing network within sports stakeholders in the kingdom;</li><li>
