 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support legal strategy and regulatory compliance in KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise management on legal and regulatory matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle disputes, litigation, and external counsel
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate legal risks
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with financial and corporate regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support development of legal policies and procedures
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (Master&rsquo;s preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years of legal experience (financial sector preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and corporate law
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic &amp; English
 </li>
