Senior Legal Officer

Lead legal activities by ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and financial regulations, mitigating risks, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal strategy and regulatory compliance in KSA
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Advise management on legal and regulatory matters
• Handle disputes, litigation, and external counsel
• Identify and mitigate legal risks
• Ensure compliance with financial and corporate regulations
• Support development of legal policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred)
• Licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia
• 6+ years of legal experience (financial sector preferred)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and corporate law
• Fluent in Arabic & English
