SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Riyadh . This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is passionate about corporate law and eager to contribute to a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
• Ensure company operations comply with Saudi laws and regulations
• Handle corporate governance , legal documentation, and regulatory filings
• Support internal departments on legal risks, disputes, and compliance issues
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and stakeholders when required
• Assist in managing legal disputes, claims, and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory)
• Proven experience in corporate or commercial law (experience in KSA is preferred)
• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory framework
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
