About the Role:

Are you a commercially minded legal professional with strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation?

In this role, you will support a broad range of legal activities, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across procurement, aviation operations, commercial partnerships, real estate, and marketing.

You will provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders, conduct legal risk assessments, and support contract structuring and negotiation strategies in a fast‑paced environment.

You will also contribute to maintaining internal legal templates, policies, and processes, support regulatory compliance requirements, and liaise with external counsel on specialised legal matters and disputes.

The role requires balancing legal risk with commercial objectives while maintaining high professional standards and attention to detail.

About You:

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in legal, gained either in‑house or within a law firm, with experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Strong interest and willingness to develop expertise in the sector is also valued.

You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work accurately with complex documentation, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
