Looking for HR from educational sector background, Recruitment / Attendance / Pay Roll.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process, from posting jobs to screening candidates and conducting interviews. Onboard new hires and help them integrate into the company culture.</li><li>Policy and compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll, process benefits, and manage leave requests.</li><li>Performance and development: To performance appraisal processes and coordinate training programs.</li><li>Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR information systems.</li><li>Offboarding: Manage exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and handle the departure of employees.</li><li>Employee engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.</li></ul>Qualifications and skills<ul><li>Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
