Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical &amp; Service Responsibilities<ul><li>Installation, commissioning, and start-up of air compressors (Screw / Reciprocating / VFD-based systems).</li><li>Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule.</li><li>Attend breakdown calls, diagnose faults, and restore compressors to normal operation.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-related issues.</li><li>Perform overhauling of compressors, motors, and major components.</li><li>Handle VFD-related issues, overload trips, high temperature, pressure, and oil-related alarms.</li><li>Conduct air audits and performance checks when required.</li></ul>Customer Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Provide prompt and professional support to customers.</li><li>Explain technical issues and corrective actions to customers clearly.</li><li>Coordinate with the spares, sales, and accounts team for service completion and billing.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare service reports, job cards, and visit reports.</li><li>Update service history, machine data, and spare consumption records.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and company service protocols at all times.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Adhere to safety norms at customer sites.</li><li>Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and standard operating procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of air compressors and compressed air systems.</li><li>Good understanding of electrical panels, motors, starters, and VFDs.</li><li>Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Good communication and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>2&ndash;5 years (for Service Engineer)</li><li>Freshers with relevant training can also be considered.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience with brands like Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, ELGi, Kirloskar, etc.</li><li>Hands-on experience in industrial compressor servicing.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Breakdown response time.</li><li>First-time fix rate.</li><li>Preventive maintenance compliance.</li><li>Customer feedback and satisfaction.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,993.20 - ₹32,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
