Position: Sales Head &ndash; Air Compressor DivisionDepartment: Compressor &amp; Piping Division Location: [Specify Location] Experience Required: 12&ndash;15 Years in Industrial Sales / Capital Equipment Sales Reports to: Director / General Manager &ndash; SalesJob PurposeTo lead and drive sales of Industrial Air Compressors, Compressed Air Accessories &amp; Piping Projects, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the sales team and develop strategies for business growth in Air Compressors and Compressed Air Systems.</li><li>Achieve sales targets for compressors, dryers, filters, piping systems (material &amp; service), AMC &amp; spare parts.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop pricing and positioning strategies.</li><li>Manage key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize orders.</li><li>Plan and execute marketing, product promotion activities, and participation in industry exhibitions.</li><li>Coordinate with service, project execution, and logistics teams for timely order completion.</li><li>Drive lead generation, pipeline management, enquiry tracking, and CRM documentation.</li><li>Recruit, train, and develop sales team performance to achieve goals.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and provide weekly/monthly MIS and forecasts to management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in selling Industrial Air Compressors or similar capital equipment.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to manage large projects and deliver results under deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, forecasting &amp; data reporting.</li><li>Key Competencies</li><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Training</li><li>Market Analysis &amp; Business Development</li><li>Result and Profit-Oriented Approach</li></ul>SalaryAs per industry standards / Commensurate with experienceHow to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated resume to: [manisha@saileen.com) (Contact 9822033433]Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;472,004.82 - &#8377;899,264.47 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
