Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.</li><li>Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.</li><li>Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language development, and motor skills.</li><li>Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.</li><li>Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies to support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li><li>Previous preschool or daycare experience is essential; familiarity with childhood development principles is highly valued.</li><li>Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.</li><li>Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>A nurturing attitude towards caregiving and teaching young children.</li><li>Ability to create age-appropriate activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
