We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our parish. If you are looking to do meaningful office work, we'd love for you to join our team!Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide hospitality and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.</li><li>Submit church bills for payment.</li><li>Prepare and print worship bulletins for Sunday and special services, and support parish-wide communications.</li><li>Manage parish database by updating contact information and membership status as needed, and processing newcomer forms.</li><li>Maintain parish records (weekly service attendance, baptism, weddings, and funerals), assist with Parochial Report, and coordinate contributions to Annual Report.</li><li>Maintain parish calendar.</li><li>Serve as liaison to external groups using church space.</li><li>General administrative support for worship services, ongoing and special projects (e.g. the annual stewardship campaign), and building operations.</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>Organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Preference for experience with Adobe InDesign and ACS Realm.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage calendars efficiently while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.</li><li>Integrity, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to parish&rsquo;s mission.</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
