Must be able to work Holidays.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and establishing a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction</li><li>Handle To-Go orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring each order meets quality standards before delivery or pickup</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, dining area, and To-Go pick-up zones</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs and special requests</li><li>Uphold phone etiquette standards when taking reservations or answering inquiries, providing clear information and friendly assistance</li></ul>Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences while working in an energetic environment that values your enthusiasm and dedication!Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
