Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and establishing a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Handle To-Go orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring each order meets quality standards before delivery or pickup
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, dining area, and To-Go pick-up zones
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs and special requests
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when taking reservations or answering inquiries, providing clear information and friendly assistance
