We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and basic compliance as we continue to grow.This is a part-time position to start (approximately 20 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time as our team expands.About the RoleThis position supports both office and field team operations. You will handle job postings, applicant screening, new hire onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee file management. You&rsquo;ll help make sure our hiring process is smooth, consistent, and documented.Core HR Responsibilities<ul><li>Post job advertisements and manage inbound applicants</li><li>Screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Prepare and process new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, direct deposit forms, policy acknowledgements)</li><li>Maintain personnel files and records</li><li>Coordinate weekly payroll submissions through our payroll system</li><li>Assist with employee communication, scheduling, and documentation</li><li>Maintain an organized and professional onboarding process for new hires</li></ul>Safety CoordinationThis role will include light safety support as the position grows. This will include:<ul><li>Tracking training completion</li><li>Assisting with PPE inventory</li><li>Coordinating safety meetings between management and field crews</li><li>Maintaining OSHA documentation, if needed</li></ul>No prior roofing safety experience required &mdash; we can train the right person.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable managing paperwork and digital records</li><li>Clear, confident communicator</li><li>Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Experience in HR, office admin, staffing, or recruiting is an asset but not required</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Part-time to start (approx. 20 hrs/week)</li><li>Hybrid: Some remote work possible, but in-office presence will be required</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Hourly: $22 to $32 depending on experience</li><li>PTO and role expansion opportunities as the company grows</li></ul>Why This Role MattersWe are building something long-term and we value our people.
